Encore Online Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Encore Online is very user friendly but you may have a few questions about what to do. You are always encouraged to call us here at Radcliffe Payroll Services but if you want a quick answer or you are working during off hours, these FAQs may be helpful!

Note: Your Radcliffe payroll representative will need to set up new earnings, deductions, and taxes for you - you cannot set up new codes through Encore Online.
Check to make sure your dates fall within the applicable pay periods.
Be sure to turn off your pop up blockers as they may prevent some windows from opening.
Direct deposits require a prenote end date. If your employee did not receive the direct deposit either the account information was entered incorrectly or the prenote was not ended before the pay day.
