New Payroll Software

We have changed our payroll software to software from Automatic Data Processing (ADP) to process your payrolls. We believe their software will better serve your needs. ADP is a trusted source for payroll software, in business for over 60 years and is Triple AAA rated. As a large, stable company, we can depend on the security and performance of their software.

Little will change in your payroll routine. We will continue to process your payroll as before, including tax deposits. All quarterly and annual forms will be processed and distributed for you. Your method of input and delivery can remain the same. The following lists the changes in the new system:

• Easier Bank Reconciliation - ADP Software will impound the tax liability with each payroll. You will not need to worry about having enough cash for your end of quarter liability - the money is already withdrawn from your account.
• Employee Access - Each employee can take advantage of secure, read-only access to electronic copies of their personal earnings history.
• Electronic Payroll Records - You can have a unique User ID and Password to access and manage all of your payroll information and reports through an online portal.
